Sustainability at RXO

At RXO, we embed sustainability criteria into our strategy, operations, governance and technology. Features on our RXO Connect™ platform (Reloads, Roundtrips, Plan Next Move) and in the RXO Drive™ app (Get Me Home) help RXO actively lower our trucking industry’s carbon footprint.


We’re certified with the EPA’s SmartWay program, which helps companies advance supply chain sustainability through measuring, benchmarking and improving transportation efficiency.

Carrier Grants

We help our carriers secure grants and incentives that support sustainability, like electrification, alternative fuel tax credits and green trucking accessories.

Ship Net-Zero

Through our Ship Net-Zero program, shippers can offset their freight’s carbon footprint by investing in the sustainability project of their choice.
