Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At RXO, we welcome everyone regardless of race, background, identity, or ability. We take pride in our commitment to foster a safe and inclusive workplace that encourages a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives at every level across the organization. We mandate fair treatment and equitable opportunities for all individuals and understand that having a diversity of talents, identities, backgrounds, and experiences at RXO is key to driving innovation and growth.

Culture of Inclusion

One of our core values is Success Together. We do big things when we are inclusive and work together. To perform with excellence, we learn from one another, value diverse perspectives, operate safely, and build strong relationships. We welcome everyone regardless of background, identity or ability.

We ensure that our policies, procedures, initiatives and efforts are aligned with equitable and inclusive practices such as hiring, retention, workplace culture, organizational management, benefits and rewards, and community engagement.

Learning and Development

We have a robust learning and development program focused on a variety of topics and goals, tailored to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Employees have access to development resources and are encouraged to learn about topics related to maintaining an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Supplier Diversity

We work with thousands of active diverse-owned partner carriers, helping them to grow their business. We also help shippers improve their use and tracking of diverse transportation suppliers.

Supporting Veterans

RXO is dedicated to engaging with the military community through recruiting efforts across the country. The goal of the talent acquisition team is to enhance the recruiting efforts of military members and provide meaningful opportunities for veterans.

Employee Affinity Groups

RXO sponsors inclusion programs and resource groups that support employee and supplier heritage, women, veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and other multicultural groups.
