At RXO, safety is our top priority. We have implemented a comprehensive approach to assure the safety of our operations. Our safety program covers all aspects of safety, including transportation safety and workplace safety. We ensure compliance with regulations such as 49 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) for vehicle operation and driver compliance, as well as 29 CFR for operational safety at truck terminals and yards. Our dedication to safety improvement is evident in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comprehensive online safety training, and seamless integration of new safety technology for equipment. These initiatives demonstrate our continued dedication to fostering a secure work environment and mitigating the potential for injuries.
