Are You in Our Carrier Network?
CoyoteGO is only available carriers in the Coyote network. If you are new to us, your first step is to get signed up. You can register here.
How to Get Load Board Access
If you are already in our network, getting your CoyoteGO account is easy. You can get load board access and start booking freight digitally in no time.
There are two ways to get set up.
Option 1: Request Access Online
You can request access digitally right now. Once you submit your basic information, our team will review your request and follow up you with via email.
What you’ll need to get a CoyoteGO account:

- Be registered as a carrier in our network
- Name
- Phone number
- Company name
- Your Motor Carrier (MC), Department of Transportation (DOT) or Intrastate Carrier number (any one of those will work)
That’s it!
Option 2: Request Access through Your Rep
If you would rather work through your dedicated rep, they also have the ability to promote you (and other members of your company) as CoyoteGO users.
Reach out to your rep via phone or email and they can help you out.
Set Up Your CoyoteGO Mobile App
Whether you’re a driver, dispatcher or both, the CoyoteGO mobile app can help make your experience easier.
The highly rated app has most all of the features from the desktop version, but with an interface that will give you a much better experience when you’re on the go.
To use the mobile app, you will need:

- To have a CoyoteGO account
The CoyoteGO mobile app is compatible with Apple and Android devices.
Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication
To help keep your business’s data and shippers’ freight safe, we require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to use CoyoteGO on both desktop and mobile devices.
