Important Information Regarding Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for Carriers on RXO Connect

This page provides detailed information about the upcoming changes to EDI integration as part of the transition from Coyote Logistics to RXO. Please review the following information carefully to ensure a smooth transition.

EDI 210 Invoicing

Transitioning Away from EDI 210 Invoicing

Effective May 1, 2025, RXO will no longer support EDI 210 as an invoicing option. To ensure timely payment, please transition to one of the following alternatives:

  • RXO Connect: Submit invoices directly through the RXO Connect platform. Detailed steps will be provided to assist with the transition.
  • Email Submission: Send invoices to Carrierpaperwork@rxo.com. Please ensure all required information is included on your invoice.
  • Triumph Pay Network: Submit invoices directly through the TriumphPay Network platform.
  • Managed Carriers: Please note that Managed Carriers will still be required to submit EDI 210 invoices. This requirement is expected to change in Q3 2025, and we will provide further updates as the date approaches.

Important Note: We anticipate bringing EDI 210 invoicing back into service in Q3 2025. We will keep you informed with updates as the date approaches.

EDI 214 Tracking

Important Update Regarding EDI 214 Tracking

  • Starting May 1st, RXO will accept one AT7 segment per 214. 214s with more than one AT7 segment will not process. Please ensure your system is configured accordingly.

EDI 204 Tendering

Understanding Changes to EDI 204 Tendering

Both RXO volume and Coyote volume will be tendered via EDI for existing integrations starting 5/1.

  • As we integrate our systems, you’ll notice a few changes to how loads are tendered via EDI 204:
    • Broker Name: All volume that was previously associated with Legacy RXO will now be tendered via 204 EDI tendering and also display as “Coyote” once EDI transmission begins. To maintain consistency, we recommend updating the broker name linked to your EDI setup to display as ‘RXO’ This will ensure all information flows to a single location.
    • Load/Order Number Prefixes: Identify Legacy Coyote vs Legacy RXO loads by load / order number:
      • Coyote load #’s will begin with 3 and are 8 digits long
      • RXO order #’s will begin with 1 and are 8 digits long
    • Important: As always, please review rate confirmation details for load and stop level details associated with each order.
