RXO Last Mile, Inc. “Mobile Alerts” Program

RXO is the largest provider of last mile logistics for large format items in North America. For your convenience, we provide flexible delivery tracking options, including updates provided through SMS texts.

RXO may use automated SMS messaging to keep you informed throughout the order life cycle. We may notify you by SMS for any reason related to your service including but not limited to notifying of schedules and delays, to request that you schedule your service, to advise you when the driver is en route to your home, to verify that services were performed to your satisfaction, or to collect information from you regarding a damage or lost product claim.

RXO services covered in the Mobile Alerts program include deliveries (including those requiring you to be home to accept delivery), pickup orders, and related service requests.

You will only receive notifications pertaining to your service. We will not text you for any marketing activities. We will not share your contact information with third parties, or use your contact info for any purpose other than the coordination of your services.

The terms and conditions of RXO Last Mile, Inc.’s Mobile Alerts Program vary depending on whether you opt-in by texting RXO, enroll online at rxo.com, or through a retailer website.

Terms and Conditions for Online Enrollment

You enroll in RXO Last Mile’s Mobile Alerts program by providing your mobile phone number to an affiliated retailer at the point of purchase.

By enrolling in RXO’s Mobile Alerts program you are providing your express consent to receive SMS text messages, at the phone number you provided at the time of enrollment, from RXO and/or its affiliates, including texts that may be delivered by an RXO approved auto dialer or other automated means.

These texts are used to

  • provide a tracking website link that can be used to schedule and track your delivery or service,
  • request you to schedule your service,
  • advise you of the planned time window for your service,
  • advise you if your service is delayed or your service day changes for any reason, including requesting that you select another service day,
  • verify completion of and collect feedback regarding your services, including through participation in automated surveys about performance of the service that you requested,
  • provide other notices directly related to your service,
  • resolve concerns or disputes associated with your service,
  • communicate regarding a damage or product claim related to your service, and/or
  • communicate other information related to your service.

Your enrollment in the Mobile Alerts program will be limited to texts relating to the home delivery and/or related services of the specific retail purchase(s) designated at the time of enrollment. You may opt-out of the Mobile Text Alerts Program at any time. To stop receiving automated text messages, please text STOP to 97656.

Your participation in RXO’s Mobile Text Alerts Program is OPTIONAL, it is NOT required as a condition of any purchase of goods or services from RXO Last Mile, Inc. or its affiliates. Please be advised that standard message and data rates may apply.

Terms and Conditions for Opt-In by Text

To opt-in to RXO’s Mobile Alerts Program, please text the word Deliver to 97656. By texting Deliver to 97656 you are providing your express consent to receive SMS text messages, at the phone number you used to opt-in, from RXO and/or its affiliates, including texts that may be delivered by an RXO approved auto dialer or other automated means.

These texts are used to

  • provide a tracking website link that can be used to schedule and track your delivery or service,
  • request you to schedule your service,
  • advise you of the planned time window for your service,
  • advise you if your service is delayed or your service day changes for any reason, including requesting that you select another service day,
  • verify completion of and collect feedback regarding your services, including through participation in automated surveys about performance of the service that you requested,
  • provide other notices directly related to your service,
  • resolve concerns or disputes associated with your service,

Depending on which retailer you made your purchase from, your enrollment in the Mobile Alerts Program will be limited in one of two ways. For certain retail purchases, enrollment in the Mobile Alerts Program will be limited to texts relating to the home delivery and/or related services of the specific retail purchase you made. For other retail purchases, your enrollment in the Mobile Alerts Program will be valid and continue for 90 days from the date you first opt-in and will be limited to texts relating to the home delivery and/or related services of any qualifying retail purchase made during that period. By opting-in to the Mobile Alerts Program you agree that RXO and/or its affiliates may provide you with SMS text messages, as described above, in connection with any retail purchase placed with one or more of RXO’s retail partners during the 90-days following opt-in, so long as (a) the retail purchase includes home delivery and related services to be provided by RXO Last Mile, Inc. and/or its affiliates and (b) the phone number provided in connection with the retail purchase is the same number you used to opt-in by texting Deliver to 97656. To determine which terms and limitations may apply to your recent retail purchase, you may contact RXO Last Mile, Inc. at 800-883-4593.
