Multi-Factor Authentication Instructions for Carriers

In RXO Connect and RXO Drive

Self-register for multi-factor authentications right in RXO Connect and RXO Drive

 

On July 17, 2024, RXO is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all carriers across RXO Connect™ and RXO Drive™ platforms. After this date, you be forced to register for multi-factor authentication in both platforms. These instructions are how to self-register within RXO Connect and RXO Drive.

  1. Login to RXO Connect
  2. Click the ‘Administration’ tab
  3. On the Administration tab, click ‘Users’
  4. Next, select ‘create new user’
  5. Fill out the fields, including multi-factor authentication

  1. Login to RXO Connect
  2. Click the ‘Administration’ tab
  3. On the Administration tab, click ‘Users’
  4. Next, find the existing user you’d like to setup for multi-factor authentication
  5. Next to their profile, click ‘Action’s and ‘Edit’ on the dropdown
  6. Update the fields, including multi-factor authentication

  1. Login to RXO Drive
  2. Click the ‘More’ tab in the bottom right
  3. Then click ‘Edit Profile’
  4. Update the fields in the pop-up, including multi-factor authentication

Troubleshooting

Steps to ensure you receive the text message code:

  1. Confirm the number you provided is a mobile phone number.
  2. Check your text message spam folder
  3. If you’ve unsubscribed from our text messages in the past, resubscribe by texting ‘START’ to +1 312-854-2440
