Paul Boothe is on a mission to help the supply chains of the world’s top corporations and companies manage the rapidly changing global trade landscape. He is a recognized thought leader and industry champion with a track record of building complex transportation and supply chain solutions.

Mr. Boothe joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2016 as a vice president of strategic accounts and served as vice president of business development before his 2020 promotion to president of the managed and dedicated transportation team. In 2023, he was chosen to lead RXO’s last mile and dedicated teams.

Mr. Boothe has more than 20 years of experience in global supply chain leadership with a large focus on managed transportation. Prior to joining RXO, he worked at Ryder as senior director of their global transportation management. Mr. Boothe also held a senior role with PepsiCo, and through that gained a crucial and in-depth understanding of the customer perspective.

He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds executive certifications from both the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and the University of North Texas.
