What is TriumphPay?
TriumphPay is a payments network, like Visa or Mastercard, exclusive to the transportation industry. They provide RXO and you with a more efficient payment process.
The TriumphPay online portal provides you with document upload features, a central location for you to check payment status on all RXO loads, and payment preference management.
What does this mean for me as a carrier?
- If you currently take advantage of RXO’s or legacy Coyote’s Quick Pay program, you will automatically receive our new Quick Pay offer of same-day payment with a 2.5% fee.
- You will continue to receive payments as you do today unless you choose to change your preferences within TriumphPay.
- Once you connect with RXO, you can check payment status on all RXO loads in the TriumphPay online portal.
- You can now upload and submit paperwork using the TriumphPay app.
- Using TriumphPay’s online wallet, you can elect which bank account you would like to receive payment.
Setting Up TriumphPay
New TriumphPay Users
If you are new to TriumphPay, you should visit the online portal at secure.triumphpay.com to get started with your account and connect with RXO.
You can also download the TriumphPay mobile app and create an account to get started.

Existing TriumphPay Users
If you already have a TriumphPay account, all you need to do is to connect with RXO in the platform. You have two options for connecting:
- Connect by broker (recommended): Select the broker tab to see a complete list of brokers; choose RXO and click “Verify” to receive a verification code and agree to the terms of service.
- Connect by contact information: Use your phone number or email address to receive a verification message. Upon verifying your information, you will be able to view brokers using the platform, including RXO.
