Frequently Asked Questions Regarding APIs

We encourage carriers to transition to the RXO API Suite.

Beginning May 1, the Coyote Available Loads API will be mapped directly to the RXO Load Search API. While these services are largely the same, there may be some edge cases that do not match exactly. As always, you can leverage APIManagement@coyote.com for support or questions.

Due to low usage, the Coyote Carrier Booking API will not remain in service. The RXO Book a Load API may replace your use-case, please reach out to CarrierAPIOnboarding@rxo.com to discuss your options. We encourage you to leverage RXO Connect connect.rxo.com or book loads directly through your RXO representative.

Due to low usage, the Coyote Offer API will not remain in service. Carriers should leverage RXO Connect connect.rxo.com or work directly with your RXO representative to make offers on available loads.

As we transition internal systems, the Document API will have reduced documents to provide over time. We encourage you to reach out to CarrierAPIOnboarding@rxo.com to discuss the use-case and recommended solutions.

The Coyote Available Loads & Documents API will maintain support until end of Q3 2025, we ask that all carriers plan to move connectivity to the RXO Connect API Suite before that time to ensure limited disruption. APIManagement@coyote.com

Effective May 1, 2025, EDI 210 will no longer be available as an invoicing option.
