Chief Executive Officer
Drew Wilkerson’s vision, brokerage expertise and executive leadership are central to RXO, delivering sustained company growth and value to investors and customers for more than a decade. A transportation industry veteran with 15 years of brokerage leadership experience, Mr. Wilkerson joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2012. He was subsequently promoted to regional vice president, president of the North American brokerage business and then, in 2020, president of North American Transportation. He was selected as CEO when RXO was established as an independent company in 2022.
He has leadership and P&L responsibility for RXO’s North American truck brokerage business and complementary brokered services of managed transportation, last mile logistics and global freight forwarding.
Prior to RXO, Mr. Wilkerson spent six years with C.H. Robinson, rising in experience and roles through sales, carrier relations, operations and customer relations. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in public relations.

Jamie Harris provides strategic financial counsel and direction as RXO enters its next phase of rapid growth. Mr. Harris brings 35 years of business-to-business experience to his role as RXO’s chief financial officer, including more than two decades in high-level roles for public companies.
Prior to RXO, he served as chief financial officer and treasurer at global manufacturer SPX Technologies. He’s held similar positions at Coca-Cola Consolidated and Elevated Textiles, Inc., where he also served as interim chief executive officer. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Harris holds a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Appalachian State University, where he currently serves on the board of trustees.

Heidi Ratti builds world-class teams and develops top talent at RXO. Ms. Ratti joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2014, where she was eventually tapped to lead human resources for the North American transportation business. By partnering with key stakeholders and embracing open communication across all levels of the business, she drove up employee engagement and performance to company-high levels. She was later named senior vice president of the company’s largest business unit, overseeing human resources for approximately 21,000 employees.
Ms. Ratti earned her bachelor’s degree in health administration from Eastern Michigan University and is SHRM-SCP certified.

Louis Amo has spent more than a decade building RXO’s brokerage business from the ground up, creating an industry powerhouse that continues to grow, evolve and outperform its competitors. Mr. Amo joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2012 as vice president of brokerage operations and was later promoted to president of the North American truck brokerage business in 2020. Between 2016 and 2020, his role was expanded to include executive responsibility for expedite and managed transportation.
Prior to RXO, Mr. Amo held senior positions with Electrolux and SABIC (formerly GE Plastics). He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Brian Dean leads RXO’s managed transportation business, which provides customers with comprehensive transportation management services ranging from load planning and procurement to tailored, complex solutions and performance monitoring. Mr. Dean is a Lean expert with a proven track record of understanding customers’ unique needs, and delivering efficient, customized transportation services to meet those needs.
Since joining an RXO predecessor company in 2001, Mr. Dean has held leadership roles in supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution and Lean operations. Most recently, Mr. Dean was vice president of operations for managed transportation. In this role, his strategic leadership contributed to substantial growth of RXO’s freight under management.
Mr. Dean is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.

Sandeep Pisipati
Sandeep Pisipati
President, Last Mile
Sandeep Pisipati leads RXO’s last mile business where he oversees more than 11 million last mile deliveries annually for a diverse group of omnichannel and e-commerce retailers.
Mr. Pisipati joined RXO with the acquisition of Coyote Logistics, where he had been president and CEO since 2023. He previously served Coyote as chief financial officer from 2019 to 2023 after joining the company as senior vice president of finance and accounting in 2018. His clear-eyed financial guidance and vision for growth through the challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic helped propel him to the chief executive role.
Before Coyote, Mr. Pisipati spent 14 years at Stericycle, a global leader in healthcare logistics. As head of finance for the international team, he successfully completed 24 acquisitions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Later, as head of finance and accounting for the company’s largest U.S. business unit, he played a key role in the $2.3 billion acquisition of Shred-it.
Mr. Pisipati holds an undergraduate degree in engineering, a master’s in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he recently completed the executive leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

A transportation industry veteran with 24 years of experience in roles spanning operations, sales and finance and based everywhere from Los Angeles to Hong Kong, Demetri Venetis leads RXO’s freight forwarding organization. Mr. Venetis joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2019 as vice president of sales and international for the global forwarding business. He was promoted to president of global forwarding in 2021. Prior to RXO, Mr. Venetis held senior roles with Maersk Group, Globe Express Services and LF Logistics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.

Lyndon Cron oversees and grows relationships with RXO’s largest customers. A transportation industry veteran with 28 years of senior experience in transportation logistics accounting, pricing, operations, business development and sales, he leads RXO’s enterprise, strategic and national accounts sales teams.
Mr. Cron joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2014, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company’s strategic account management group, which holds and nurtures relationships with major customers. He was promoted to senior vice president of sales, overseeing the national accounts sales team and later tapped to lead all outside sales customer facing teams.
Prior to RXO, he held leadership positions with Pacer International. Mr. Cron holds a bachelor’s degree in business from The Ohio State University where he also lettered on the golf team.

Nina Reinhardt tells the RXO story. An expert communicator and highly visible representative of the company, she leads a team responsible for crafting messages that accelerate value for shareholders, strengthen relationships with customers and carriers, and engage and empower employees. Prior to RXO, Ms. Reinhardt spent 18 years in various leadership roles for Honeywell, most recently as vice president for external communications and public affairs. She holds a degree in journalism and economics from Northwestern University, and is a certified six sigma green belt.

Yoav Amiel is a high-impact technology leader with more than 25 years of experience working in world-class technology companies. His expertise transforms traditional transportation processes, driving the growth of RXO’s best-in-class digital brokerage platform while providing significant value to customers. Mr. Amiel joined RXO’s predecessor company in 2018 as vice president of technology. In 2021, his responsibilities were expanded to include strategic leadership as senior vice president of technology. Prior to RXO, Mr. Amiel held senior positions with Amazon, Uber and Microsoft. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Jared Weisfeld is a recognized global technology sector expert responsible for RXO’s strategy and analysis of growth opportunities, as well as overseeing engagement with the investor community. Prior to joining RXO, Mr. Weisfeld served as a managing director at Jefferies Financial Group, where he was ranked among the top three specialists in the technology, media and telecom sector on Institutional Investor’s All-America Survey for 2020 and 2021. He was previously a partner at Margate Capital Management and worked as an associate portfolio manager with Balyasny Asset Management, where he was also twice recognized as analyst of the year.
Mr. Weisfeld began his career as a technology sector analyst with the investment banking division of Credit Suisse. He holds a degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University.

Jeff Firestone leverages expertise across various legal disciplines with vast experience in the transportation industry to lead RXO’s legal and compliance organizations. Mr. Firestone’s 26-year career includes more than two decades with United Parcel Service, most recently as deputy general counsel for regulatory compliance and risk. Throughout his tenure, he held senior legal responsibility for corporate matters, litigation, governance, compliance and risk mitigation, and helped UPS business leaders to achieve performance goals.
Mr. Firestone began his career with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He received his juris doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
