RXO has partnered with and implemented a new onboarding and compliance platform, Highway, to enhance how we onboard and manage our carrier network. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to building a safe, reliable, and efficient network for all partners.
What this means for carriers:
Highway will now be part of our onboarding and ongoing compliance process. This platform helps verify carrier information, reduce fraud risk, and streamline approvals—ultimately creating a faster and more secure experience. In addition, we’re introducing Highway’s Load Lock Plus ELD Tracking feature to enhance in-transit visibility and strengthen load security.
What to expect:
– Additional verification: You may be asked to provide or confirm business and compliance documentation if you are not already an active Highway member.
– Ongoing compliance checks: From time to time, you may be prompted to review or update your information to remain active.
– Improved efficiency: This new process will help reduce delays and back-and-forth communication with RXO.
– As part of Load Lock Plus (Tracking) change, you may be asked to enable ELD tracking through Highway if not already connected.
