Below, you’ll find the all-new, updated RXO Extra Carrier Rewards program, which goes into effect on April 1st, 2026.

Eligibility

Carriers are eligible to earn rewards and access perks when they sign up for a fuel card and/or factoring services

Tiers

There are four tiers (bronze, silver, gold, platinum)

RXO Extra Carriers can access a number of perks and benefits in our leading rewards program.

Carrier loyalty bonuses

One of the most popular benefits, carrier bonuses effectively operate like cash-back payments when you book RXO loads digitally.

There are two types of RXO Extra bonuses: Tier promotion bonuses, which are a one-time bonus you earn each time you hit a new tier, and Tier status bonus, which are paid out quarterly when you maintain your status in a given rewards tier.

Redeeming bonuses:

Any RXO Extra bonuses you earn are automatically loaded into your RXO Connect and/or Drive accounts. To redeem, all you have to do is book a load through Connect or Drive. During the booking process, you’ll see your total bonus balance with an optional checkbox to redeem a bonus during the booking process.

Note that you can only redeem your bonus payments in $50 increments, and only one bonus can be applied per load.

You can view your transaction history by logging into Connect and selecting your program tier in the right-hand corner of the dashboard, then selecting View Summary under Total Bonus Credit Available.

Fuel discounts

The RXO Extra Fuel Card will save you an average of $0.49 / gallon at participating locations, however, you can get even bigger discounts when you enter higher tiers in the rewards program.

Not every carrier can see every load in the RXO digital load board. Most have to haul several loads with solid service scores to gain upgraded access.

If you’re an RXO Extra carrier (fuel card holder or factoring customer), you automatically get to see everything we have to offer, giving you more options for bidding and booking.

RXO Extra Carrier Rewards Program FAQ

Fuel Card Participation
If a carrier is not signed up for RXO Extra Factoring services, then they must be an active user of the RXO Extra Fuel card. Furthermore, at least 95% of RXO fuel card swipes must be at in-network fuel stations.

Factoring Participation
If a carrier is not using the RXO Fuel Card, then they must have a signed factoring contract with RXO.

Load Volume (Digital Only)
Load volume is tracked off of a carrier’s trailing 6-month load history with RXO. Note that only digitally booked loads (in Connect or Drive) factor into a carrier’s load count for rewards program tiers.

Carrier Score
Carrier score is calculated by on-time pickup, on-time delivery, carry rate, and tracking.

Digital Load Booking & Tracking Compliance
Only digitally booked loads (in Connect or Drive) where the driver has opted in to an approved form of digital tracking count towards rewards program tiers.

You can view your rewards program status in RXO Connect, our digital freight platform, or RXO Drive, our mobile app for carriers. In the upper right-hand corner, you will see your profile indicating what tier you’re in.
